Operation Global Conflict II
August 8 & 9

Cecil Field Naval Airstation in Jacksonville Florida with over 650 acres of forest and what's left of a US nuclear weapons storage facility.

Event Story Line

The worlds worst fear came to life. Communists forces rose up and launched an all out assault across Europe. Coalition and NPCP forces first slugged it out across Fulda, Germany. Since then, most of the world became a battleground for the Coalition and the NPCP to fight for control of the free world. Though Coalition forces are holding their ground, the might of the NPCP holds a great advantage over them. Nuclear war is feared, and the main force of both sides controls the majority of the worlds nuclear armament.

With their success at Fulda, and their steady attack across Europe, they now control most of Western Europe. Much of the old Soviet Union has been restored, and all of Mainland Asia has been taken, making all seem lost for the remaining free governments of the world. The seas are torn with naval battles, Hawaii is expected to be lost in a week. Intelligence believes that Alaska will be the first target for an attack on North America. With Russian forces mobilizing throughout Norway and Sweden, the East coast of Great Britain has been evacuated and the Royal family has been moved to a top secret location. Almost the entire Air National Guard is operating under Civil Air Patrol over most U.S. Major cities. and AWACS aircraft are operating almost constantly off the US coast. The President has issued a national state of emergency, and declared a nationwide curfew of 10 pm for all non-service and military personnel. With the free world preparing for the worst possible event ever, the Coalition has devised a plan to stop the NPCP campaign across Europe. Reconnaissance shows a large Forward Operating Base 15 miles over the former Ukrainian border, and it appears to have nuclear launch capabilities, but no nuclear ordnance has been seen. This has provoked Coalition leaders to launch a full scale attack on the location before nuclear weapons can moved there.

Additional Event Information

Gear & Extra Gear
This is a large field; it is just less than 1 square mile. All airsofters are recommended to pack in extra gear, such snakes, MRE’s extra water, extra weapons, extra ammo, and extra batteries and so on. You will need to have your gear in some kind of backpack; it is up to the player if he/she decides to leave extra gear at their FOB.

Water
TCA under stands it gets hot in Florida. While we will have bottled water on site, it is to be used for emergences only, we will have a water cooler at aid stations though out the field for the airsofters to refill there canteens if they are out of water. It is not our job or responsibility to supply you with drinking water, its your job to make sure you bring what you will need for the event.

There is not a potable water site on the field. There are several convenience stores that are a short drive away. August is one of the hottest months in Florida. Each airsofter is urged to bring no less than 2 cases of bottled water with them.

Do not allow yourself to become dehydrated on the field. When your squad leader or an admin tells you to drink water, then drink water. Even if you are not particularly thirsty, drink water. If you need water but have an empty canteen or hydration pack, do not hesitate to ask a squad mate or admin for water or go to an aid station.

EMT’s & Aid Stations
There will be aid stations located though out the field, these stations are marked on the AO MAP. EMT’s will be on site incase of any real world emergences. The aid stations will also have emergence water on hand in case airsofters run out of there water during operations.

If you are diabetic please make sure you have your kit in a pack on you during this event. We also recommend if any one has any medical problems such as diabetic or allergies to some medications or insects or any other kind of allergies that could become a real world problem to have this information on a peace of paper or card on your person or gear. This information could become helpful to a medic in treating you faster.
