Operation Order
Operation Urgent Fury II


1.Situation:

A) Time Of operations:
Operations commence 1130 hours
Operations end around 2000 hours

B) Operation Urgent Fury II is a force on force objective orientated none stop airsoft event. The event is designed for the experience of a combat environment though missions and objectives.


2.Equipment / Gear:

A) We strongly recommend all players to bring the gear they will need for the duration of this operation in a backpack.
· Water, food (MRE) power bars.
· Ammo.
· Extra charged batteries.
Any other gear you deem necessary to make it though the operation.
This will help in team and unit cohesiveness and your unit not being short manpower.


3.Terrain / Area Of Operations:

A) (See AO Map and Photos). The AO is just under 90 acres off wooded terrain with pockets of built up areas, there is s built up city located in the south of the AO covering 4 acres.


4.Concept Of Operation:

A) At 1100 hours there will be a mandatory mission briefing for squad leaders and above. All others are to gear up and make ready. Blue Forces are to rally at the South entrance to the field behind the staging area. Red Forces are to rally at the far south entrance located south of south base just out side the city. All forces are to rally at these points and hold until leadership staff meets up at the rally point. (No one is to move onto the field at this time).

B) At 1130 hours Red Force will move onto the field and establish security and defensive fighting positions at South Base and with in the City. (Red Force will have 15 minutes to establish positions).


C) Blue Forces will be holding at south entrance and formulating tactical plans. At 1145 hours Blue Forces will move onto the field. (1145 hours Game ON)

D) 1145 hours Blue Force will attack South base and establish a CP / FOB and when killed they will rally to a designated rally point to receive new orders. (40 minutes to take base and retain points).

E) 1145 Red Forces will defend south base, when killed they will rally to a designated rally point to receive new orders. and move to north base and establish CP / FOB. 40 minutes to defend base and retain points.

F) Draw: In the event Blue Forces are unable to take south base in the 40-minute time window, a STOP fire order will be given. Red Forces will move to there designated rally points to receive further orders. Blue Forces will move into south base and establish there CP / FOB.

5.Missions / Objectives:

A) There are multiple missions/objectives planed for this operation. There will be times that multiple missions/objectives that the units will need to contend with at the same time.

B) All missions/objectives are points driven to determine the out come of the event.

C) As each objective is met ether by Red Force or Blue Force they will need to carry it back to there FOB and defend it from being taken from them. Each of these objectives will be worth a set number of points but can be lost if the objective is taken from them. Not all objectives will be an item or items to be moved.

D) Some objectives will need to be taken and held until their side’s 4-man demo team can be contacted to come and demo it. Then and only then will it be allowed to be taken to there FOB. Red smoke will indicate the demo charge going off to alert the rest of the players.

E) As squads come in to respawn they will have an option to take a short break, reload, hydrate or grab a snack but will be on full alert as a security detail at this time.

F) Each FOB will have a Flag, once ALL objectives have been meet and have been relocated to there sides FOB and ONLY then will the order be given to run a full attack on the other sides FOB to obtain there Flag and return it back to there CO at there FOB.

G) FOB’s can be attacked at any given time to ONLY take objectives back from the opposing side. They cannot take the Flag unless ALL other objectives have been met.

H) If and when an FOB comes under attack which is also that sides respawn point. If the FOB has a medic there they will be able to render first aid with the arm rope to a player. Once a player is hit with an arm rope on they will get their card punched and need to respawn to a new location. (See list).

6.Operation Medic Rules:

7.Squads:
A) Each squad size will be 12 players with two medics, this will allow the squad to split up into two effective fire teams, but the squads must work as one even when splitting up. This will help in squad unity, communications, squads getting split up and lost. (See Medic Rules Also).
B) Squad Leaders
Any players looking to hold the positions of SL or above MUST have the following.

· AO / Map & compass and know how to use them.
· Good FRS or VHF radio, Communications with COC will be KEY. No cell phones for SL’s, this must be radio. To help with not jamming the COC communications net.
· Note pad and pen
· Good leadership skills

8.Recon/Sniper Teams:


A) There will only be openings for two 4-man Recon/Sniper teams for this event per side. Once these to slots are filled, all other snipers will be designated marksman with in their squad.There will be specific missions & objectives designed for Recon/Sniper teams. Recon/Sniper teams will be maid up of a 4-man element, Sniper, Spotter, security and medic.

B) Each sniper MUST have the follow to be able to complete there planed objectives.

· Sniper rifle with good rang
· AO / Map & compass and know how to use them.
· Good FRS or VHF radio, Communications with COC will be KEY. Cell phone can also be used with it set to vibrate.
· Digital Camera, this would be better if it was a cell phone as well, this way the team would not need to leave there position to send in Intel. If a camera is used the team will need to move to the FOB so the Intel. can be passed on to COC.
· Note pad and pen

9.EOD Teams:

A) There will only be openings for two 4 man EOD teams for this event per side.
There will be specific missions & objectives designed for EOD teams. EOD teams will be maid up of a 4-man team with 2 designated demolitions experts, security and medic.

B) Each EOD team MUST have the follow to be able to complete there planed objectives.

· AO / Map & compass and know how to use them.
· Good FRS or VHF radio, Communications with COC will be KEY. Cell phone can also be used with it set to vibrate.
· Digital Camera, this would be better if it was a cell phone as well, this way the team would not need to leave there position to send in Intel. If a camera is used the team will need to move to the FOB so the Intel. can be passed on to COC.
· Small Wire cutters
· Note pad and pen

10.Air Support:

Each force will have a set amount of air strikes during the operation. Air strikes will be called into COC air controllers to be approved before ordinance will be dropped. Targets will have to be painted with a laser and continue to be painted until the air strike is complete.
